Simple by design
Three steps. No jargon, nothing to prepare. Here's the whole thing.
- 1
Tell us about yourself
Six quick questions, a CV upload or a chat — your pick. Around two minutes, and nothing is saved until you approve it.
- 2
See your matches
6–8 careers that fit, each with a score explained in plain English and a clear pathway: ready now, via apprenticeship, or a longer-term goal.
- 3
Make your next move
A personal roadmap from discovering a career to preparing applications — tick off steps as you go. Browse clearly labelled demo jobs while live listings are being connected.
When you press apply
Here's what happens after you send an application.
- 1
It's saved to your tracker
Your note, CV and profile details are stored on your application — you can follow it in My applications at any time.
- 2
The employer hears about it
They get a tidy one-page view of you — your note, CV and the bits of your profile that matter for the job — and a nudge by email.
- 3
They get in touch
Employers reply to you directly. JOVLO shows where you've applied; you update your tracker as things move.
Today's example jobs stay inside JOVLO — nothing reaches an employer until real employers post here. That's the plan.
How scores work
Each career gets four ratings of up to 25 points, each with a written reason — so you can see exactly why it matched. The total out of 100 is a guide, not a verdict.
Three kinds of match
- • Ready to apply now
- • Via apprenticeship or entry-level training
- • Longer-term goal (extra qualifications)
That's the whole process. Start now — it takes about five minutes.
